A Sad AnniversaryOn September 1, 1969, thirty-eight years ago, a group of young army
officers overthrew the corrupt regime of King Idris of Libya and started the greatest experiment in direct democracy and Libertarianism
known to history. It failed completely. What were the reasons for this failure? Why was this system of government,
known as the Third Universal Theory and set out in "The Green Book", abandoned in favor of the typical corrupt Third
World dictatorship? Was it the petrodollars and the need to keep a tight lid on the control of oil and capital flowing in
and out of the country, lest it be stolen by others even more corrupt? Was it the personality of the author of "The Green
Book", Muammar Qadhafi, which seems formed of equal parts of arrogance, wild mood swings, and a form of total exhaustion?
Was it the fact that the Libyan people themselves were just not interested in the hard work and study that self-governance
calls for and preferred a dictator? Is it something about the personality of Arabs who,
if you got fifteen of them together on a canal building project would without fail start to build fifteen different canals
running in fifteen different directions? The basic
concepts of the Third Universal Theory are very simple ones: No
representation in lieu of the people Representation
is a denial of participation Representation is
a falsification of democracy Consequently under
the Third Universal Theory there are no political parties, no voting, no plebiscites, no government bureaucracies and no politicians.
Just the people. The people, gathered in basic popular congresses and people's committees, syndicates and unions, which
take their final shape in the General People's Congress, are the instruments of governing. Is Libya run according to this wonderful concept? No, it is not. It is run by the House
of Qadhafi and for the House of Qadhafi. Personally
my feeling is, if we want to stop the creeping tyranny and governmental interference we are currently living under, where
we are taxed, regulated, brainwashed, controlled, filmed on CC cameras, forced to accept ridiculous concepts such as "multiculturalism"
and "political correctness" while the whole time we watch our lives going down the collective drain, we must get
over the fact that direct democracy failed in one backward Third-World nation which suffered a genocide under Mussolini (which,
by the way, it has never been compensated for). We must move towards direct democracy and the Third Universal Theory. In what
country is non-direct democracy, i.e. representative government, currently working well? The United States? Great Britain?
Don't make me laugh. Do you feel free? Do you feel your children will be more free than you are? Eliminate all politicians!
Representation Is Fraud! Study "The Green Book"!

It's a Dog's Life In The NFLAt this point, is there really anything left to say about the Michael
Vick dogfighting case? The only new angle I can come up with is that I am distantly related to the Atlanta Falcons' second
string quarterback Joey Harrington, who is now of course the starting quarterback since Michael Vick pleaded guilty in a Richmond
VA courtroom to felony charges of conspiracy and to his involvement in the killings of at least six dogs who did not "perform
well" in dogfighting tests. Vick faces up
to five years in prison. Judge Henry Hudson will sentence Vick on December 10. Prosecutors have proposed a 12 to 18 month
prison term although Hudson is not bound by their recommendations. The Atlanta Falcons will now pursue the return of as much
as $22 million dollars in signing bonuses paid to Vick. Vick's
life began to unravel in April, when authorities conducting a drug investigation of one of his cousins raided Vick's home
and uncovered dozens of dogs, some horribly injured, as well as commonly used dogfighting equipment. There seem to be three types of articles that have been written about Vick
and the dogfighting fiasco. The first type damns him to hell as a sick, spoiled wierdo who abused Man's Best Friend. The
second variety, which I believe is striving for some wierd sort of "PC" attitude claims that abuse of dogs is in
some way "ghetto" and integral to Black culture. I find this absolutely offensive. Living in poverty in a ghetto
degrades people. There is no reason why we need celebrate their degredation by excusing inexcusible behavior. The third type
of article, which seems to be the most numerous, takes a "so what" sort of attitude about Vick's abuse of dogs,
saying that pigs, for example, are killed in abbatoirs every day and that no one cares. And, after all, Vick didn't kill
any humans, did he? All I can say is that the people
who wrote this third sort of article are wrong, totally wrong. The type of human being who kills other human beings is exactly
of the type of Michael Vick. Once these sociopaths have perfected torturing and killing first toads and rats, and then dogs
and cats, they move on to people. In the annals
of forensic psychology there are cases without number
which prove this point. For example, our Commander in Chief, a sniveling bully and mass murderer par excellance, who talks
to God no less, enjoyed blowing up toads and frogs with firecrackers as a boy. However, for reasons of brevity, I will concentrate
on the case of Edmund Kemper. Edmund Emil Kemper
III, born in 1948 and known as "The Co-Ed Killer", began as a boy by killing his sister's kittens, whose heads
he displayed on a stick. When he was fifteen he was sent to live with his grandparents at their farm. One morning he shot
his grandmother as she sat at the kitchen table. He then went outside and shot his grandfather in the back. When questioned
by authorities he remarked that he had wished to see what it felt like to kill people. After treatment at a state hospital, Kemper was released into his mother's care. Between
May 1972 and February 1973, Kemper went on a killing spree, picking up young female students who were hitchiking. They would
be stabbed or strangled, and Kemper would then desecrate their corpses. He would bury the girls' heads in his mother's
garden. In April 1973 Kemper's string of heinous
crimes came to an end when he murdered his mother with a hammer as she slept. He then decapitated her, used her head as a
dartboard, and committed acts of incest with her headless corpse. Later the same day he murdered and raped a neighbor who
came to the house to check on Kemper's mother who had not shown up for a coffee date, for obvious reasons. At his trial Kemper pleaded insanity but was found guilty on eight counts
of murder. He was sentenced to life imprisonment. And
now let us return to the case of Michael Vick. This is what Vick had to say after his court hearing: "Dogfighting is
a terrible thing and I did reject it...I found Jesus and asked him for forgiveness and turned my life over to God...that's
the right thing to do right now" I hope that
what Vick is saying is true. Personally, I doubt it, but I don't know what Michael Vick has in his heart. I don't
know what Edmund Kemper had in his heart either, but I do know what he had buried in his mother's garden.

Alberto, We Hardly Knew YeAlberto Gonzales, the nations' first Hispanic attorney general,
resigned today from the Bush Administration. (Psst..he was fired)
Gonzales,
popularly known as "Torture Boy" joins the exodus started by Karl Rove. Suddenly all these ass-kissing morons have
to "spend more time with their famililies" Have you ever heard a guy say this who didn't wind up in the divorce
courts six months later? This ends "a nasty
month long standoff over his honesty and competence over the botched handlings of FBI terror investigations and the firings
of US attorneys" It is so typical of U.S.
politics that a man who is the embodiment of what is called "the banality of evil " is shown the door over something so idiotic as the firing of some U.S. attorneys,
when the real reason that he should have been thrown out years ago was his legal opinion that the Geneva Convention didn't
apply to the poor gang of goatherders we have imprisoned down at Guantanamo Bay because they were terrorists. In this Gonzales
did not even show any originality as this was the same decision that Hitler's lawyers made concerning the treatment of
Russian POW's. They're Bolshevists, so no Geneva Convention for them. Of course the Bush administration is always
jabbering on about how history will prove how wonderful they are so one hopes that they are "up" on the history
of the Eastern Front and how well that decision turned out for the Nazis, especially after the Soviet soldiers stopped surrendering
and started fighting to the death, knowing that surrendering was a death sentence anyway. I for one am glad that we have turned our backs on such boring legal nonsense as Habeas
Corpus, British Common Law, and that God dammed piece of paper the U.S. Constitution so that we can concentrate on something
really exciting such as the laws and legal precedents of the Third Reich. Other
breaking news from the bizarro world of the Bush administration is the tantalizing piece of information that First Lady Laura
Bush has canceled an important foreign trip due to the fact that she has "a pinched nerve". Consequently she cannot
travel in great comfort and luxury on Air Force One, because of this "pinched nerve" One wonders what is really
going on here. Has the First Spokesperson for Xanax made one too many trips to the medicine cabinet lately, or has she simply
decided to stop cooperating with her cretin of a husband? I for one have always had great hopes for Laura Bush. After a careful
study of the case where she caused the death of her lover when she was seventeen by ramming his car with hers, I have no doubt
that this was no accidental death but murder or manslaughter. I have always dreamed that we would get lucky a second time,
and that after one of those cozy Parcheesi games with W and Condi she would snap and off both of them, and be our national
saviour.

La Guerre C'est Comme La GuerreAmerica's a great country. For example, it's the only country
I can think of where being a total zero need not be a disadvantage. I refer to the jaw-dropping performance by our Peerless
Leader the other day, in a speech that showed a complete lack of any kind of knowledge of history, politics, or the laws of
gravity. This was actually discussed seriously by various airheads on the cable news stations. I always wonder where they
find these people. Notice how their hair always hangs down covering half their faces. This is to hide the scars where their
brains have been cut out. For those who missed
this incredible event, suffice it to say that Bush actually compared the evil, pointless unwinnable war in Iraq to the evil,
pointless unwinnable war in Vietnam. If only we had had the guts to stay the course, according to Bush, there would have been
no boat people, no Pol Pot, and no people clinging to helicopters leaving the roof of the American Embassy in Saigon. Of course
my first thought on this is if Bush felt so strongly about the Vietnam War, why wasn't he there fighting in it instead
of in Harvard Business School or in jail for selling cocaine near an elementary school or wherever it is he was. Think how
our troops in Vietnam would have been heartened by his last minute appearance. Of
course Bush left out the fact that if America had not gotten involved in a purely internal affair in a Southeastern Asian
country and turned it into a genocide in an attempt to rewrite history, not only would there have been no boat people, no
Pol Pot, etc, but there would have been no four million dead Vietnamese, no poisoning with Agent Orange, and no 50,000 American
casualties. And now this imbecile, this smirking,
babbling fool actually compares Iraq to Vietnam - Iraq, which has been turned into a wasteland by years of US sanctions and
two wars. Terrible things will happen to Iraq if we pull out! Of course this beggars the question, Such as what? What more
could happen to these poor people than what has already happened to them? We need to stay the course so that we can go on
to victory! Victory? Victory over what? Over "Terrorism"? There was no terrorism in Iraq until we removed the civil
authority and anarchy broke out. Obviously in the time of Saddam Hussein people were too afraid to spit on the sidewalk. In
a place like Iraq it seems that this was a Good Thing. Bush
the idiot came up with a better analogy than he knew. Iraq is like Vietnam. The day the American troops start to pull out
and leave the Iraqis to settle their own differences is the day the bloodshed will start to stop - not stop completely, of
course, for unfortunately there will be more blood to be shed but it will be the beginning of the beginning of the end, as
it was in Vietnam.

The Parents Did ItIf you have studied forensic psychology for a long enough period
of time, there is one thing of which you can always be sure. The husband always kills the wife, the wife always kills the
husband, the lovers always kill each other, the children without fail kill the parents and the parents invariably kill the
children. This brings us to a sordid and alas typical
little case which seems to have been absorbing a considerable amount of the MSM's time and attention this summer. I refer
of course to the case of three-year old Madeleine McCann, who "mysteriously dissapeared" from an apartment where
she had been staying on holiday with her parents and siblings in the Algarve, Portugal on May 3, 2007. According to the official story, Madeleine's parents, Gerry and Kate
McCann, who we are supposed to believe implicitly because they are British and both doctors, left their three children, ages
three and two (the other children were twins) ALONE in an unlocked apartment while they had dinner in a tapas bar "which
was only a hundred yards away" Supposedly they returned at infrequent intervals to check on the children, which from
their own rambling and confused statements does not hold water. Around 22:00 Kate McCann returned "to check on
the children" yet again and found Madeleine's bed empty and the apartment door and window wide open. One wonders
what type of odd criminal this was, who had to make his escape both through an unlocked door and an opened window. Of course the much-vaunted Portuguese police sprang into action and hauled
a couple of feebs named Robert Murat and Sergey Malinka
in for questioning. Murat's chief crime seems to have been that he hung round the police station offering his services
as a translator, while Malinka's claim to fame was that he had set up a website for Murat. Of course these lines of inquiry
went nowhere. At this point the publicity campaign
that invariably springs up whenever British people get into trouble in foreign countries began churning out the usual nonsense
about these poor parents and all that they have suffered. How well I remember the case of Louise Woodward, a British au pair
who beat a child in her care to death. One would think that Mother Theresa had been accused ! How dare anyone criticize the
McCanns for leaving their children alone in an unlocked apartment! They even received an audience with the Pope. We were then regaled with a group of "sightings" of various children
who were supposed to be Madeleine. Of course there is no testimony so worthless as eyewitness testimony, especially of sightings
of a rather commonplace looking little girl. Of course the parents trumpeted this pointless information, because it seemed
to point to the fact that the little girl was still alive. Of
course the case is now unraveling, with blood found inside the apartment-blood that had been attempted to be cleaned, which
no intruder would have bothered to do. And who abducts a corpse? In
my opinion Madeleine was beaten to death by one or the other of her parents in a fit of rage at some point on May 2 or May
3. The parents decided to stand by each other. In many cases this happens. Together they hid the body, probably in the outskirts
of the town in a garbage dumpster. This was long since carted away, which is why the body has never been found. They then
decided on the "pedophile abduction story" and the tapas party with the overkill of both the door and the window
hanging wide open. Well, so far it looks like they
are getting away with it. However, while the wheels of Justice grind slowly, they grind exceedingly small.

Jose Padilla Died For Our SinsIn the worst travesty of justice this year so far, an American jury
found the pathetic wreck of a human being who used to be Jose Padilla guilty on Thursday on three terrorism-related counts,
including "offering material aid and assistance to terrorists" and "conspiracy to murder, kidnap and maim people
overseas" Padilla was originally arrested
in May 2002 in Chicago and charged with planning to explode a "dirty bomb" somewhere in the United States. As is
always the case in these absurd "terrorist" cases there was absolutely no evidence that Padilla knew how to make
a "dirty bomb",that he would have known where to get the materials to make one, or that this High-School dropout
whose only actual job was at Taco Bell running a drive-through window would even have known what a "dirty bomb"
was. All the pathetic Padilla was was a test case
for the Bush Dictatorship to prove that they could pick any American citizen off the street at random and hold them indefinately
on trumped-up charges. During his incarceration, Padilla was denied access to sunlight, subjected to sleep deprivation, and
held in solitary confinement. It should not be too surprising that after three years of this treatment he was in the grip
of a serious psychosis. In November 2005 fearing
an unfavorable decision by the Supreme Court on its indefinate military incarceration of Padilla and its denial of Habeas
Corpus, the government changed its tune and transferred Padilla to a prison in Florida and as they have brief memory spans
(although not as brief as they hope ours are) the "dirty bombs" dropped down the memory hole, to be relaced by the
typical "thoughtcrimes" they invariably drag out on an occasion such as this like"material support for terrorists" Of course Padilla recieved "justice" in the form of the typical
Bush-era show trial. There was absolutlely no evidence presented that Padilla had ever even been to Afghanistan, and the main
piece of evidence against him consisted of some type of a form that swore fealty to Osama bin Laden which supposedly bore
his fingerprints. Do others besides myself find it doubtful that a top secret organization like we have been led to believe
Al-Qaida is would have recruits sign forms? It would also have been easy for Padilla's torturers (when I see a spade I
call it a spade) to simply pass him this "form" ensuring that his fingerprints would appear on it. Of course the jury, after deliberating for only a day and a half, found Padilla
guilty. He will probably be sentenced to life imprisonment. The typical American has become so brainwashed, so filled with
fear, that they rush to do Bush's dirty work for him. The
average American should be in the street, building barricades and shouting, "No More!" Instead some pathetic Taco Bell employee, his mind completely gone, suffers
for all of us. But soon he will have company.

War With Iran? We Can't Afford ItThese are dark days for the American Empire. The streets run with
blood, the dollar is worthless, and in my neck of the woods things are so bad the illegal aliens are leaving and going back
to Brazil. So much for "the hyperpower" Today
is shaping up to be yet another triple-digit loss day on Wall Street. The idiots who thought that somehow housing was going
to keep going up 20% a year have all taken the pipe, and unfortunately they seem to have managed, through their ignorance
and greed, to take the rest of us down with them. If I hear one more word about a government bailout of these fools I will
blow my top. Of course the housing policy in this country is a disgrace but none of these people were poor innocents who needed
a place to stay. To prove my point in my area the price of real estate doubled between 1999 and 2005. During the same period
the price of rental housing went DOWN. Can't afford to buy a house? Rent. The reason these cretins signed up for these
insane mortages such as "negative amortization" (you read that correctly; the longer you live in the house the more
you owe) is that all of them thought that they were going to make a killing. Of
course for some time this has been the American Way of Life: the quick buck, because this is the only buck there is to be
made. Add to this a public education system where people don't even know how to add let alone understand concepts such
as the fact that housing does not double in an area with a declining, aging population and a net loss of jobs and median income.
If it does IT"S A BUBBLE, STUPID! Where will
all this end? Is this the end of the Capitalist system, or is it just the end of the dollar as the world's reserve currency,
or is it a hiccup which is correcting the excesses of the liquidity bubble in the way which we are told by economists markets
are supposed to do? Who knows? However, in my opinion
I don't see a war with Iran any time in the future. Maybe this is the silver lining to this cloud. The way I always hear the Iran war scenario described is that Dick Cheney
wants a war with Iran and will start one after a staged 9-11 type of incident. While I don't in the least doubt that Cheney
is a mental case, I doubt that he can start a war single-handedly. I don't think he has the power or influence any more.
What preparations are being made for this war? Has a draft for badly-needed soldiers been put in place? No. Have orders for
more missiles been placed at the large defense corporations? No. Is the Trident submarine fleet being readied? No.There is
not even the money to pay for any of it. Of course the proponents of the "Cheney's going to start a war" theory
will say that this just proves their point, that nuclear weapons will be dropped on Iran and that men and materiel won't
be needed. I realize that the Bush administration
has always been a home for the feeble minded but they
are of course placeholders for the capitalists, and the capitalists can not be in love with this scenario. OK, nuclear bombs
are dropped on Iran. How are the capitalists going to make money from this- invest in pine boxes? What happens on Day Two
after the nukes are dropped on Iran? Vladimir Putin made some very nasty noises about dropping the equivalent number of nukes
someplace else. Would you call Putin's bluff? I sure wouldn't. And then what happens on Day Three? If you can't
guess, let me tell you. The Chinese and the Germans will start throwing armloads of US Treasury Bonds and paper dollars on
the markets. If you think things are rotten now, wait until then. And on Day Four? Is that the day the US military stages
a coup and arrests Cheney? Of course I could be
wrong, totally wrong but I just don't see a war with Iran being in anyone's interest. Of course the Ziofools like
Cheney and AIPAC drool over the thought of the entire Middle East being Balkanized and shattered by war but Wall Street and
the Joint Chiefs of Staff are not going to throw themselves under the bus for the sake of some absurd ideology. Again, in
the end war with Iran will not make money (the only people making money off the Iraq fiasco are folks like Halliburton and
KBR who do laundry and provide meals and uniforms and they would not be involved in a nuclear war) or save the dollar; it
will in point of fact destroy it. This is why in the final analysis it won't happen. The losers and fantasists in the
Bush White House will just spin their wheels for the remaining few months they have left in office, whining about how History
will finally treat them as they deserve. Let's hope so.
