Several interesting articles about the Madeleine
McCann case have appeared in the last 24 hours, stating that the Portuguese authorities begged and pleaded with the McCanns
not to start this Intensive publicity campaign we have been regaled with for many months now. The Portuguese authorities tried
to explain that, if Madeleine had been kidnapped, such a publicity campaign would simply frighten the kidnappers into murdering
the little girl so that they could ditch the body and escape as swiftly as possible. They were ignored.
Now, I can think of two explanations for the McCann's behavior. The first
explanation is that they were a couple of hopeless morons, and the second explanation is that they knew that there were no
kidnappers, and that the little girl was already dead. When I examine the McCann's behavior in its totality, all I can
see is misdirection, obfuscation and lies. Most of it is pretty badly done, as in their invariable insistence that the little
girl is alive and is every where in the world but Portugal. She is in Malta. She is in Morocco. Soon we will hear that she
is atop Mt. Everest. I have come to the conclusion that they are both one and at the same time morons and that they know Madeleine
is dead. Both are true. This proves that just because a couple of people are MD's doesn't mean they know beans about
how to fool detectives.
I have also
heard a lot about "pedophile rings" from the McCanns and their supporters. Now, such things exist, but they are
extremely uncommon. What is common is the White Slave Trade, with adolescent girls and boys being brought in from Eastern
Europe and Asia to lead degrading lives in brothels in Europe and America. It is sad to relate that most pedophile rings consist
of the childrens' parents pimping for them. By the same token most "kiddie porn" is filmed and photographed
by the childrens' own parents. Child abuse is way more common then most people believe.
Here in America we had our own famous child abduction case. Charles Lindbergh
Jr, son of the famous aviator "Lucky" Lindbergh, first man to cross the Atlantic solo and non-stop in his plane
"The Spirit Of St Louis", vanished from his parents' home in Hopewell, New Jersey on the evening of March 1,1932.
Unlike the McCanns, Colonel Lindbergh did every thing he could to try to keep the publicity about the kidnapping to a bare
minimum. He attempted to stop his wife from sending a list of the child's diet to the press, and refused to allow the
police to place mailboxes in Brooklyn, New York, where several of the ransom notes had come from, under surveillance, insisting
that this would spook the kidnappers and lead them to harm the child.
Unfortunately
Colonel Lindbergh was fighting a losing battle. The Depression - weary public were obsessed by the story, and reams of nonsense
were printed every day, including an interview with Al Capone in his prison cell. Capone insisted that the child had been
kidnapped by a rival mob, and that if he were released from jail he would see that the child was returned.
Of course the Lindbergh case ended with a great tragedy,
as the child had been dead since the night of the kidnapping. It is believed that one of the kidnappers - and I believe there
were more than one- tripped and fell on the child, killing it instantly. The body was found by the side of the road by a trucker.
Several people suspected by the police committed suicide, one, one of the Lindbergh's maids, by swallowing lye. Eventually
a petty criminal called Bruno Richard Hauptmann was put on trial. Many people have claimed that Hauptmann was innocent and
a scapegoat. I do not believe this. Some of the ransom money was found in his garage. Innocent people do not have ransom money
in their possession. I think that he was a minor member of a gang. However, he was a member of the conspiracy, and deserved
the extreme penalty, which he received on April 3,1936 in New Jersey's electric chair.
I still have hopes that there will be a resolution in the Madeleine McCann case. Yesterday
it was revealed that the McCanns and their paid press agents simply lied about the fact that DNA found in the case cleared
them. In point of fact the piece of lining from the hire car which the McCanns claimed that they had tested is being held
in high - security storage at a laboratory in Birmingham and the McCann's scientists could have had no access to it. Supposedly
the piece of lining shows body fluids that could only have come from Madeleine, who was already dead by the time the car was
hired.
I am often asked why the McCanns would continue
to lie about their daughter's death. They're doctors! Wouldn't they know better? Well, sometimes being held in
high esteem by others, such as being doctors, leads to arrogant and grandiose behavior. There would also be a fear of losing
this rarified position and going back to being just an average person like you or me. At the very least Kate would have been
stricken from the Medical Register, even if Madeleine's death was a total accident, which I believe that it was. This
would have put a crimp in the McCann's very luxurious lifestyle. It isn't as though telling the truth would have made
Madeleine come back to life. Much better to brazen it out. And, not to put too fine a point on it, look at all the money and
attention they got. How many people get to meet with the Pope? If they confessed, it would be a perp walk and two years in
a Portuguese prison, where they would of course as child killers rank amongst the lowest of the low. I still hope for a successful
prosecution, though. I still hope for justice for Madeleine. I hope the Portuguese authorities do not give up on this case.
With the DNA and the staged crime scene, I feel they have plenty to work with.
